Robert A. Shogren Cup Champions
The Robert A. Shogren Cup was created to honor the late Bob “Shogie” Shogren, who did so much for both the amateur and professional game in this region. Matches are contested between the Gateway PGA professionals and the Metropolitan Amateur Golf Association amateur golfers. As Shogie had ties to both clubs, Bellerive Country Club and Greenbriar Hills Country Club will alternate each year as the host site for this event. 28 total points are up for grabs throughout the championship consisting of four-ball, foursome, and singles matches.
