Whitmoor CC to Host 2015 MAGA Senior
After announcing last week that The Legends would host the 2015 MAGA Senior, it was brought to our attention the St. Louis District Senior was also scheduled for the same venue. MAGA and the STLDGA thought it was in the best interest of the two organizations to find an alternative venue. Whitmoor Country Club in St. Charles will now host the 23rd Metropolitan Senior Amateur Championship August 12-13, 2015. Mark Gardiner (Cardinal Creek GC) will seek to defend his title he captured in 2014 at Greenbriar Hills CC.
The MAGA Senior Championship has grown significantly the last few years, with over 90 of the areas 50 plus crowd competing in 2014. Whitmoor CC will be a great test in determining our Senior Amateur Champion and also provide a great opportunity for the Age Division participants to compete on one of the areas finest tracks.
