Caravia Captures 29th Normandie Amateur, Only One to Break Par
Phil Caravia was the lone golfer in the 29th Normandie Amateur to break par both days and thus capture his second Normandie. title. Caravia posted rounds of 68-70 for a 4-under total on the weekend. With the win, Caravia will go into the Old Warson Cup with some momentum to defend his title at Old Warson.
Patrick Riordan finished solo second at 1-over par 143. Riordan had rounds of 70-73 for the weekend. Skip Berkmeyer came in solo 3rd with back-to-back rounds of 72.
