2nd 9-Hole Championship Scoring

This year’s 9-hole championship was held at Ballwin Golf Course on Saturday June, 27. With five different divisions of play, over 50 golfers teed up Saturday morning to try to beat out the poor weather that followed later in the day. One of the more prominent golfers in the field, Ellen Port, joined the tournament in the women’s division where she took home first place in the Gross category. Ellen is the winner of seven USGA titles across her long career that didn’t begin until later in her life unlike most golfers.  Lucy Bloomstran (pictured at right with Port) won the Low Net in the Women’s Division.
