First Round Concludes at Westborough Country Club for Junior Amateur Championship
Today, the first round of the annual Metropolitan Junior Amateur Championship was held at Westborough Country Club. Over 60 golfers, ages 12-18, competed in the 
tournament. Some standout performances came from all divisions today including a hole-in-one by defending champion Braden Hoisington on hole number four. Although Braden had what would be considered the ‘shot of the day’, golfers Jack Wooldridge and Ryan Walsh currently sit atop the boys’ 16-18 division with a score of 69 (one over par).
Other division leaders include:
Girls 16-18: Momo Kikuchi
Boys 14-15: Colby Sauer
Girls 12-13: Addy Surber
Boys: 12-13: Wynston Weiler
