Kikuchi and Muth Win the 2020 Metropolitan Junior Amateur Championship
Finally, after three separate rain delays and an extra day of competition our winners of the 2020 Metropolitan Junior Amateur Championship have been decided. In what was a dominant performance, winning by five strokes, Andrew Muth won the James M.
Holtgrieve trophy. And in dominant fashion as well, Momo Kikuchi won the Barbara A. Berkmeyer trophy.
Runner-up in the boys’ division was a three way tie by Drew Barclay, Ryan Walsh, and Jack Wooldridge who all finished at six-over par in the competition. Runner-up in the girls’ division was taken home by Reese Reinhardt.
Other winners in the divisions included:
Boys 12-13: Winner – Wynston Weiler (+9)
Girls 12-13: Winner – London Fitzgerald (+29)
Boys 14-15: Winner – Aidan O’Keefe (+12)
