MAGA to Conduct U.S. Senior Amateur and U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur Qualifying at Quincy Country Club

Quincy, IL. – 2021 U.S. Senior Amateur and U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur qualifying conducted by MAGA is set for this Monday, August 9, at Quincy Country Club.
29 men will tee it up for one qualifying spot and two alternate positions to the U.S. Senior Amateur. 7 women will play for one qualifying spot and two alternate positions to the U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur.
David Pfeil and Tom Portner are in the field. The two represented MAGA in the inaugural Robert A. Shogren Cup this past May at Bellerive Country Club.
Jack Eisenbeis will be at the qualifier after playing in the field at the 31st Metropolitan Amateur Championship this past weekend at his home club, St. Louis Country Club.
The U.S. Senior Amateur will take place August 28 through September 2nd at the Country Club of Detroit in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. The U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur is September 10-15 at The Lakewood Club in Point Clear, Alabama.
The first tee time begins at 8:30 a.m. CT off No. 1.
